张立良。男，1943年出生于河北鹿泉市，河北师范大学毕业，教授。受父亲影响，幼年喜欢书法，习书法50余年。以王羲之为基础，主攻张旭、怀素狂草，同时吸取孙过庭的险劲、行气欹侧多变，王羲之的秀美，黄庭坚的用笔纵横开合，大起大落，排列参差错落。王铎的用墨浓、淡、干、湿变化无穷，用笔的疾缓，线条的曲直，点画的断连，千家体融一体，在继承传统的基础上，创新发展，形成狂、奔、劲、险、奇、美的独特风格。
作品在全国和国际书法大赛多次获金奖。部分作品被日本、新加坡、马来西亚、美国等客商收藏。
2004年5米长卷毛主席词：“沁园春”《雪》被中国国家博物馆收藏。
2005年获第二届中国榜书金奖，并在中国美术馆展览。
2008年10月参展第四届中国(天津)书法艺术节作品被中国书法家协会评为“金奖”。
2010年作品被编入《中国当代艺术收藏指南》一书。
2011年评选为：当代最具学术价值与市场潜力的书画家。
2011年被授予“全球华人最具影响力艺术家”。
2012年被授予“国家级艺术家”荣誉称号，并将档案及代表作编入《国宝档案》重要文献：
2013年被任命为中国书法艺术研究院副院长。
2015年5月被中华人民共和国文化部授予“国家一级书法家”的荣誉称号。
2016年由中国书法家协会主席张海特批加入“中国书法家协会会员”。
2017年由中国文联恭聘荣任“中国文学艺术界联合会名誉顾问”。作品被中国书法家协会主席张海点评，原文：张立良书作中充分体现了书法严正、流畅、雄强、古拙，凝重洒脱、气势磅磷、厚重沉稳、端庄大气。不求态而无态不备，不求美而美蕴其中....。
2018年5月，经中国文联，国家书法师职称审定委员会评为“国家特级书法师”。艺术品鉴定评估价值，市场价格为：10000元/平方尺至30000元/平方尺。
2018年作品入编“新时代四十年书画40家作品选”作品排名第一位。
2019年7月作品入编“画卷中国”此书封面刊登本人书法作品。

Zhang Liliang, born in 1943 in Luquan City, Hebei Province, is a
professor and graduate of Hebei Normal University. Influenced by his
father, he developed a passion for calligraphy in his youth and has
dedicated over 50 years to its practice. Building upon the foundation of
Wang Xizhi, he specializes in Zhang Xu’s and Huai Su’s wild cursive
scripts, while incorporating Sun Guoting’s bold and dynamic brushwork,
Wang Xizhi’s refined elegance, Huang Tingjian’s fluid and varied
strokes, and Wang Duo’s masterful use of ink variations—throughout which
he seamlessly blends diverse techniques. His innovative approach
synthesizes the wild, dynamic, vigorous, daring, and beautiful elements
of traditional calligraphy, creating a unique style that harmonizes
diverse artistic traditions.
His works have won gold awards in many national and international
calligraphy competitions. Some of his works have been collected by
Japanese, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States and other merchants.
In 2004, the 5-meter-long scroll of Chairman Mao’s poem "Qinyuan Chun" and "Snow" was collected by the China National Museum.
In 2005, it won the Gold Medal of the Second China Calligraphy Gold List and was exhibited in the National Art Museum of China.
In October 2008, the works exhibited at the 4th China (Tianjin)
Calligraphy Art Festival were awarded the "Gold Award" by the China
Calligraphers Association.
The 2010 works were included in the book "China Contemporary Art Collection Guide".
In 2011, he was selected as the most academic and market potential calligrapher and painter of the contemporary.
In 2011, he was awarded the title of "Most Influential Artist of Chinese People in the World".
In 2012, he was awarded the honorary title of "National Artist", and
his archives and representative works were included in the important
document "National Treasure Archives". In 2013, he was appointed as the
vice president of China Calligraphy Art Research Institute.
In May 2015, he was awarded the honorary title of "National
Calligrapher of First Class" by the Ministry of Culture of the People’s
Republic of China.
In 2016, he was approved by Zhang Hai, chairman of China Calligraphers Association, to join the association.
In 2017, Zhang Liliang was honored as the "Honorary Advisor of the
China Federation of Literary and Art Circles" by the China Federation of
Literary and Art Circles. His calligraphic works were praised by Zhang
Hai, President of the China Calligraphers Association, who remarked:
"Zhang Liliang’s works fully embody the solemnity, fluidity, strength,
and rustic charm of calligraphy. They are weighty yet unrestrained,
majestic with overwhelming momentum, profound and steady, dignified and
grand. Without seeking form, all forms are present; without pursuing
beauty, beauty is inherently contained within..."
In May 2018, he was awarded the title of "National Special Grade
Calligrapher" by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and
the National Calligraphers’ Title Evaluation Committee. The appraised
value of his artworks ranges from 10,000 to 30,000 yuan per square foot
in the market.
In 2018, his work was ranked first in the "40 Works of Calligraphy and Painting in the New Era".
In July 2019, the work was included in the book "Painted China", and my calligraphy work was published on the cover of the book.
Works: Mao Zedong’s poem: Long March (240CM×100CM) in August 2019,
the first China Top Calligraphy and Painting Masters Competition:
awarded the Special Prize.
In September 2019, works by China’s top calligraphy and painting masters participated in a global tour exhibition.
The artwork titled ’Praising the Plum Blossom’ (245cm×125cm), created by Chairman Mao, is housed in an Italian museum.
In September 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "Artistic
Heritage Figure" by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
In November 2021, he was awarded the title of "China Meritorious Figure" by the China Meritorious Figure Committee.
